The Challenge
Western Digital, a hard disk drive manufacturer, had developed an internal application for their sales teams to create quotes. It was a complete sales quote and workflow management system that connected the company’s sales team with authorized partners and allowed them to collaborate on quote management. This system had become outdated and they needed help to improve both the app and its performance.
Our Work
We modernized this important internal application using business process automation. We added requested enhancements and made upgrades to improve performance and allow it to be more easily maintained.
