The Challenge
Western Digital, a hard disk drive manufacturer, had an internal application to review and verify its product prices on various eCommerce platforms. The application tracks the price history, trends in the market that allows the company sales team to better position themselves and revise the pricing structure. This system had become outdated and they needed help to improve both the app and its performance.
