The Challenge
J&B Medical is a leading U.S. medical distribution company. They distribute medical supplies, products, and services to customers in clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical facilities. They wanted a way to improve the customer experience by providing them a mobile app to track orders, re-order supplies, make payments and contact customer service.
Our Work
We developed Android and iOS native apps using Xamarin Forms and C# and helped publish the apps to the relevant app stores. We included the integrations needed for accepting payments as well as adding push notification capabilities to alert users to new information on their orders. Localization support was also added for Spanish.
