The Challenge
TKS Industrial, a world leader in automotive paint finishing systems, was using a legacy application to manage their supplier bid and purchasing process. They were looking to modernize the app and overhaul the process to be more efficient.
Our Work
We automated the entire process with an external facing supplier portal, an internal purchasing portal, and the back-end processes to set rule automation. We create a web based portal for its suppliers to manage RFQ (Request for Quote), PO (Purchase Order), CO (Change Orders), RFQ Bidding Process and Project Documents.
We utilized Agile methodology for the full cycle development of the various modules in the system, providing value throughout the project.
Technology utilized included: ASP.Net MVC, Web API, Telerik Kendo UI, Telerik Reporting, MS SQL, and Amazon AWS.
