The initial launch of the app to existing customers was very successful. Kampenga shared, “Customer feedback from our product launch has been overwhelmingly positive, and sales have started to increase. We've also been able to avoid major bugs and flaws, which is huge considering the complexity of the project.”
Looking back on the project, Kampenga was very pleased with how smoothly it went. “We had a great working relationship with the SharpQuest team. Their workflow and scheduling made the whole process simple and straightforward. The way they laid out the entire project made for smooth development of the product, and their team was quick to build features and resolve issues.”
Kampenga went on to state that, “SharpQuest met, and more often than not, exceeded all of our expectations.”
