SharpQuest, Inc. (d/b/a AI Software LLC) is an IT professional services firm based in Troy, Michigan. Our target client base is mid to large enterprise businesses. We are small firm with a steady growth without any dedicated sales team. We are looking for outside sales representatives on 1099 basis who are interested in commission based remuneration. 


Position Responsibility:

  • Generate Leads within the mid-market segment 
  • Appointment Setting and Initial Discovery Calls
  • Prospecting and negotiations
  • Identify and Participate in networking events and tradeshows 
  • Account Management


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Higher degree 
  • 2+ year Experience working selling software solutions or IT services to B2B clients 
  • 1+ year Experience cold-calling and social media follow ups
  • Proficieny in working with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Expert level skills in commonly used software application tools - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
  • Well versed with Digital Marketing
  • Ready to travel as required
